Sample email report With this feature, you no longer need to log in to your WordPress dashboard to monitor your documentation activity — instead, you can get scheduled summaries delivered conveniently by email. Enabling Email Reporting in Eazydocs To activate this feature, go to the Eazydocs Settings, navigate to the Email Reporting section, and enable Email Reporting. Key Features ▪️ Customizable Reporting Frequency – Choose how often reports are sent: Once Daily Once Weekly Once Monthly ▪️ Select Reporting Data – Select which data to include in the report: Views Searches Reaction Docs and many more existing data. ▪️ Reporting Email – Define the email address where reports should be delivered. ▪️ Reporting Email Subject – The subject line of the reporting email (e.g., Documentation Analytics Summary). ▪️ Reporting Email Description – A short description that will be shown inside the email body. ▪️Reporting Test – Click the Test Report button to verify everything is working before enabling scheduled delivery.
