Changelog URL

Instead of manually entering release data, you can load your changelog from a remote text file. Simply enter the URL to your file (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/changelog.txt) within the block settings. This approach is ideal for keeping your changelog data separate from WordPress, enabling updates without page edits, and sharing the same source across multiple websites.

File Importer

The built-in file importer facilitates the migration of existing changelogs. By uploading a standard-formatted text file via the Release Builder’s import feature, the system automatically parses and creates structured releases, supporting flexible duplicate handling options to ensure data integrity.

Sidebar Version

Improve navigation for extensive logs by enabling the Version Sidebar. This feature displays a list of all available versions on the side of the block, allowing users to jump directly to specific releases. You can toggle this on and choose its placement in the block settings.

Log Pagination

To maintain performance on pages with many updates, use log pagination to split content into smaller segments. Choose between a Load More button or traditional Numbered pagination, and customize the number of versions displayed per page.

Filter Component

The Filter component adds a dropdown menu above your changelog, enabling users to sort releases by specific types such as Features, Fixes, or Improvements. This granular control helps users find relevant information quickly.

Search Option

Enhance discoverability with the integrated search feature. Once enabled, users can type in a search box to perform real-time lookups across all release versions and change notes, significantly streamlining information retrieval.

Layout Switch

The layout switcher offers two distinct display modes: Individual, which presents each version separately, and Grouped, which categorizes changes by type across your entire release history.

Log Subscription

(Pro Feature) Enable email notifications to keep your users engaged. Subscribed users receive automatic alerts when new versions are published. The block handles everything from the subscription button to the confirmation workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Auto Version Tracking

(Pro Feature) Automate your notification process. This system monitors your changelog for new entries in the background and handles distribution to your subscriber list, effectively reducing manual effort in managing product communications.
