I noticed that you’re using the Docy Theme, but the support ticket was opened under one of our plugin support sections rather than the Docy Theme support section. Because of this, we did not receive the proper notification for your Docy-related issue, which delayed our response.

We also noticed that you recently left a 1-star review for Docy on ThemeForest. After seeing the review, we searched for your support request and found that the ticket had been submitted under the plugin support area instead of Docy Theme support. So unfortunately, we were not notified about your theme-related issue at the time.

I have now accessed your website and would be happy to investigate this properly. Please send me screenshots or, preferably, a short screen recording showing the issues you’re experiencing—for example, the missing homepage items, changed menu, or anything else that changed after the theme update.

Once I can see exactly what is happening, I’ll investigate it and help you resolve the issues so you can safely update the theme again.
