Enable Auto Approval

Navigate to: Dashboard → BBP Core → Topic Replies

From here, locate the Auto Approval option and toggle the switch ON to enable it.

When enabled, all new replies from forum users will be automatically approved and instantly visible in the thread, without requiring manual moderation.

How Auto Approval Works

If the Auto Approval switch is turned ON, every new reply submitted by users will be published immediately — no admin approval needed. This is especially helpful in active communities where you want faster engagement and uninterrupted discussions.

If the feature is turned OFF, replies will not appear instantly. Instead, they’ll be marked as Pending and will require an administrator’s approval from the WordPress dashboard.
