Advanced Accordion Block: Step Layout Feature

The Advanced Accordion Block now includes a new feature: the Step Layout. This feature allows users to change the accordion layout to a step-by-step navigation style, providing a more guided and structured user experience. Please note that this feature is available in the premium version. The Step Layout feature is available only in the premium version of the Advanced Accordion Block. Ensure you have the premium version installed and activated.

Question & Answer Style Layout

We are excited to announce the addition of a new layout option for your forum: the Question & Answer style. This layout provides a structured format where users can post questions and others can respond with answers, creating a clear and organized discussion space.

FAQ schema Option

This update to the Advanced Accordion widget introduces an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) schema option. This feature allows you to easily enable FAQ schema markup for your accordion content, potentially enhancing its visibility in search engine results.

Accessible Keyboard-Navigable

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve enhanced the accessibility of Advanced Accordion by making the keyboard navigable. This update allows users who rely on keyboard navigation to easily interact with and expand/collapse accordion sections. Click the space or Enter key to expand/collapse the accordion navigations.

Move the Styling Fields to the Styles Tab

In the latest update of the Advanced Accordion, we have enhanced to improve user experience and interface organization. The styling fields have been relocated to the Styles tab. With this update, all styling-related fields are now consolidated under the Styles tab. This change streamlines the process of customizing the appearance of accordions, providing a more intuitive and efficient workflow.

Icon Change & Position Option Resolved

We have addressed a previous issue with the icon change and position functionality in the Advanced Accordion feature. Users can now customize both the icons used for expanded and collapsed states, as well as their position within the accordion header.

Style & Script Loaded Conditionally.

We’ve enhanced the Advanced Accordion feature to improve performance and optimize page loading. Now, styles and scripts associated with the accordion are loaded conditionally, meaning they are only fetched when the accordion is used or visible on the page.
