1. Optimal Approach for Conversion:

–   Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct method within EazyDocs to bulk convert standard WordPress posts into EazyDocs Single Docs. However, you can manually recreate  your content as Single Docs within EazyDocs.

–   Another approach would be to use a migration plugin or tool that supports custom post types to transfer your posts into the EazyDocs format.

2. Recommended Plugins or Tools:

–   Post Type Switcher: This free plugin allows you to convert existing posts into a different post type. You could use this to change the post type to EazyDocs Single Docs.  Once installed, you can select the posts you want to convert, and then choose the EazyDocs Single Docs post type.
