Three weeks and no solution. Nothing. No response. I’m reporting you to Envato. This is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting to launch this site and have to delay it thanks to you.
I was saying to give the login details of the site but you only gave the admin url. But I was waiting for your login details like username and password. Then suddenly you gave 1 star today. It’s really unexpected. I would request you to change your review if possible. Because our support team is always ready to help your’s.
