How to Configure Container Width

To adjust the width of your Release Hub sections, follow these steps:

• Select the Release Hub block within your Gutenberg editor.
• Navigate to the block settings sidebar.
• Locate and open the Container Width panel.
• For each enabled section (Releases, Feedback, or Roadmap), select your preferred width setting from the options provided.
• Update your page to apply the changes.

Available Layout Options

Each section can be customized independently using one of the following width configurations:

• Default: The section inherits the content width defined by your current WordPress theme. This is the recommended setting for seamless integration.
• Full Width: The section will stretch to occupy the entire available horizontal space on the page, regardless of theme constraints.
• Custom: Allows you to define a precise width in pixels. You can set this value anywhere between 300px and 1600px, providing maximum design flexibility.

Common Use Cases

Using the Container Width feature is particularly beneficial when your theme utilizes a narrow content area, which may feel cramped for complex components like a Roadmap Kanban board. By setting the Roadmap section to Full Width or a Custom larger pixel value, you can provide users with a cleaner, more readable view of your development pipeline. Similarly, if you prefer a compact design for your release list, you can enforce a custom width to keep the information focused and organized within a specific area of your page layout.
