How to Select Posts

To start, go to the Bulk Rewrite section of your Antimanual dashboard. You will see a table listing your site’s content. Each row includes key info like the post title, word count, categories, and a preview of the text.

You can pick posts in two ways:

• Individual Selection: Use the checkboxes next to each post for specific, manual choices.
• Select All: Use the toggle at the top of the table to include every post shown on the current page.

Using Filters

You can save time by finding the right content quickly using these filters:

• Type & Status: Filter by Pages, Posts, or custom post types. You can also show only “Drafts.”
• Keyword Search: Find posts by typing words found in your titles or text.
• Categories & Tags: Update content in specific sections of your site without affecting everything else.

Setting Up Your Changes

After selecting your posts, tell the AI exactly what to change. This ensures you only update what you need.

You can choose to update the following:

• Rewrite Content: Apply a specific preset to improve your body text.
• Generate Excerpts: Automatically generate summaries for your archive pages.
• Smart Find & Replace: Matches the given content and replaces with the targeted content.
