This makes it easy to grow your mailing list and follow up with new prospects. How to Set Up Lead Collection Follow these steps to start collecting lead information: Open your WordPress dashboard. Go to Antimanual > Chatbot. Click the Configuration tab. Select Engagement from the side menu. In the Lead Collection section, you can customize your settings: Collect Email: Ask for an email address before the chat starts. Collect Name: Ask for the visitor’s name. Require Email / Name: Check these boxes if you want to make this information mandatory.
