How to Enable AI Enhanced Email

To start using AI-powered notifications, you must have the Antimanual plugin installed and configured. Follow these steps to enable the feature:

• Navigate to Changeloger > Settings > Product Notification in your WordPress dashboard.
• Ensure Enable Email Notification is toggled to ON. This is a prerequisite for both standard and AI-enhanced notifications.
• Toggle Enable AI Enhanced Email to ON.
• Select your preferred Email Tone from the dropdown menu to match your brand voice.
• Save your settings.

What AI Generates

The AI engine parses your release notes to create a polished communication piece. It generates the following components:

• Subject Line: A compelling, change-aware subject line designed to improve open rates.
• Introduction: A personalized opening paragraph that contextualizes the update.
• Summary: A concise, readable overview highlighting key improvements, features, and fixes.
• Call-to-Action (CTA): Custom button text tailored to encourage user engagement.

Available Email Tones

You can choose from several predefined tones to align with your organization’s communication style:

• Professional: Clear, concise, and business-like communication.
• Friendly: Warm, engaging, and conversational.
• Technical: Detailed, precise, and developer-focused.
• Marketing: High-energy, engaging, and promotional.

Requirements & Fallback

Please note that this feature requires the Antimanual plugin to be active with a valid AI API key. In the event that AI generation fails or the Antimanual plugin is unavailable, the system will automatically fall back to your standard email template to ensure your subscribers are never left without an update.
