Dear Support Team,
I recently purchased the Docy theme from ThemeForest and successfully registered it on my WordPress site using the purchase code. However, due to a technical issue, I had to remove and reinstall WordPress from my cPanel.
Upon reinstalling WordPress and attempting to register the theme again using the same purchase code, I am receiving an error stating that the registration is invalid.
Could you please assist me by resetting the license or providing guidance on how I can re-register the theme on my new WordPress installation?

It seems that sometimes registration can fail due to a technical issue. To resolve this, please try deactivating the Smart bbPress nVerify plugin and then re-enter your purchase code. This should allow you to register the theme again without any issues.
