How should I backup my docs Easydocs Docy

How should I backup my pages in case of any error or crash? I am using easydocs. I created pages there and I want to export them for later purposes. In settings there is backup section but there is something I can’t be sure about.
Here as you can see in this picture I dont get it what is written here. I dont see anything related to my content. It is like metada. Is it ok to create a backup file using this?

Sorry for the delay in response. It seems that the backup file you are referring to in the settings is related to EazyDocs settings and not the actual content or documents you’ve created.

To back up your EazyDocs content (the documentation pages you’ve created), you can export your content through WordPress’s built-in export tool. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.

2. Navigate to Tools > Export.

3. Select the content you want to export (Docs: https://prnt.sc/9Ri0cyF11vff).

4. Click Download Export File to create a backup of your content.

This way, you’ll have a backup of all the documents you’ve created in EazyDocs. If you ever need to restore them, you can import them via Tools > Import.
